Source properties that meet certain criteria for each tenant
We ensure that we meet all our obligations and responsibilities as landlords under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
Ensure that bonds are lodged promptly with The Bond Processing Centre
Maintenance attended to promptly and efficiently with full communication with tenants every step of the way
Ensure that our team of trades people are trustworthy and reliable
Advise for new tenants coming into the area with relation to schools, transport and setting up accounts for phone, power etc
